Thoughtfully designed by Wight & Co. and STUDIO Barnes, the project aims to be the most sustainably advanced, mixed-use complex in the city, with a goal to surpass LEED Platinum standards by incorporating modern sustainable building methods and renewable energy strategies—including an innovative approach in triangulating building emissions to augment the property’s climate control system.

Metropolis Pointe will serve as both a landmark and destination for employment, recreation and restoration in the dynamic spirit of the early-20th century Black Metropolis community that influenced the change of the nation and the world.
